Darpan, founded in 1983 under SR Act XXI of 1860 (Reg. no RS/829 of 1983-1984), is dedicated to socio-economic upliftment in Assam. As a prominent NGO, Darpan focuses on grassroots development, education, sports promotion, skill development, and cultural preservation. Collaborating with government agencies and research institutions, Darpan strives to create awareness and enhance societal well-being through health, education, culture, and sports initiatives. It aims to nurture talent and competitiveness in education and sports, while fostering a high-performance culture and cross-divisional networking.
